Real Estate Controller (M/F)

Job Summary
Manage and maintain Group real estate databases, reporting tools, and documentation while ensuring continuous site data updates and accuracy against defined KPIs. Prepare and analyze periodic real estate reporting at the Group level, monitor expenses, and develop dashboards to support benchmarking and cost optimization initiatives. Support operational teams in reviewing lease agreements, monitor critical lease dates, and contribute to the implementation of real estate policies and lease management standards. Collaborate with Business Units, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams to ensure alignment between local inputs and Group requirements, while actively identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and process standardization through automation and digitalization tools.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in controlling, finance, or consulting
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools (required)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to automation, process improvements, or digital tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, scripting)
- Experience in real estate or lease management is a plus
- Knowledge of databases or automation (e.g. VBA, BI tools) is an advantage
- Understanding of IFRS 16 principles is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Team player with a collaborative approach
