Job Summary
Manage real estate development projects from inception to completion, overseeing planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution for high-density residential initiatives. Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality design and construction standards while preparing budgets, monitoring costs, and performing financial analysis. Ensure compliance with zoning laws, environmental regulations, building codes, and permitting requirements through proactive risk identification and mitigation. Liaise with investors, government officials, community representatives, and property management teams to facilitate approvals and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field with 5–7+ years of experience in construction real estate development.
