Job Summary
Manage real estate transactions from intake through closing, creating organized files and tracking multiple items at various stages. Review contracts, disclosures, and addenda for accuracy, ensuring all signatures and documents are collected while maintaining compliance checklists. Monitor key deadlines such as inspections and financing, sending reminders and escalating potential delays to agents and stakeholders. Act as the liaison between agents, lenders, and title companies to provide clear updates and ensure timely resolution of compliance conditions. Conduct final audits prior to closing and finalize files post-closing for archival. This role supports a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate compliance team in a process-driven remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in real estate transaction coordination, compliance, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage high volumes of work and meet deadlines
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with real estate transaction platforms (e.g., Dotloop, SkySlope, or similar) [zipform especially]
- Familiarity with U.S. real estate contracts and closing processes [NJ especially]
- Experience supporting U.S.-based real estate teams
