Job Summary
The Real Estate Brokerage Assistant will support a Vice President of Industrial and Office brokerage and leasing, conducting skilled property searches using CoStar and LoopNet, preparing tour books with Adobe InDesign, and managing email blasts and marketing campaigns. The role involves accurate data entry into Salesfore.com CRM, handling phone calls, setting appointments, and planning confirmations. A strong organizational skill set and professionalism in communication are essential for this position.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is required
- Must be highly organized, with high degree of professionalism in both appearance and communication
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with Marketing and Administrative duties at a commercial real estate office
- CA DRE license
