Real Estate Broker Recruiter

Manage advertising and job board platforms to ensure a consistent applicant pipeline and conduct initial phone screens to assess skill and cultural fit. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle including resume review, phone screening, and new employee onboarding while utilizing the applicant tracking system to maintain accurate files. Contact warm leads daily provided by the marketing department and positively promote the Prospect Equities brand at all times. This role requires Chicagoland real estate brokerage experience and a current broker license to effectively sell the company's unique commission structures and in-house lead generation software.
