Job Summary
Structure, negotiate, and document complex commercial mortgage loans, real estate acquisitions, and joint venture transactions for the Company's $60+ billion portfolio. Serve as primary legal counsel to investment professionals on floating, fixed, permanent, and construction loans while supporting asset management and loan servicing activities. Manage development matters, joint venture amendments, consents to loan transfers, leasing agreements, and other servicing needs entirely in-house. Requires a Juris Doctorate and Wisconsin bar admission or commitment to obtain licensure within the first year.
