Job Summary
Handle commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development matters; draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, covenants, and other real estate-related documents; support land use, entitlement, zoning, and development projects; review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and due diligence materials; work directly with clients to provide practical legal guidance and strategic support; collaborate with attorneys and leadership on complex real estate and business transactions; manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and client service.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Colorado Bar license
- 3+ years of relevant real estate law experience
- Experience with commercial transactions, leasing, land use, or development matters
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
