Job Summary
Draft, review and negotiate commercial purchase and sale agreements; review and negotiate commercial loan documents; form corporate entities and draft operating agreements; review and analyze title commitments and surveys; handle commercial and residential closings from contract drafting through closing; draft and negotiate commercial leases; assist clients with due diligence; prepare closing documents, estoppels, escrow agreements, closing instruction letters, SNDAs, CC&Rs, and related real estate documents.
Required Qualifications
- 0-5 years of experience in commercial and complex real estate transactions and financings
- strong commercial transactional real estate and lending experience
- strong drafting experience
- ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually
- Newly admitted Florida attorneys considered for training
