Job Summary
Senior Real Estate Associate in multiple US offices. Lead real estate aspects of private equity, independent sponsor, and M&A transactions; draft and negotiate real estate purchase/sale agreements, leases, and related documents; conduct due diligence including title and survey review; assist with mortgage/financing arrangements; collaborate with corporate, finance, and tax teams to execute deals across acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. Requires JD, 5+ years in commercial real estate law, active license, and permanent US work authorization. Salary varies by location (range: $207k–$375k) with market-competitive benefits and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate law at a law firm or in-house legal department
- Active law license in the state where office is located
- Must have permanent work authorization in the United States
- Experience with private equity transactions, particularly as they relate to real estate investments
- Experience with commercial leasing, including drafting and negotiating lease agreements
