Job Summary
Conduct commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, zoning, and asset management for diverse clients. Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents while managing due diligence and researching land use issues. Collaborate with experienced attorneys across the firm's national practice to develop expertise in multiple areas of real estate law. Work directly with clients and professionals on transaction-related matters, managing multiple deadlines effectively. Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions
- Experience with one or more areas of commercial real estate, such as acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing, zoning, land use, or asset management
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for developing a broad real estate practice
- The ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
