Job Summary
Handle all aspects of Residential Real Estate transactions by supervising and assisting junior and senior law clerks with high-volume purchase, sale, and refinance matters. Review agreements of purchase and sale, new build contracts, status certificates, and loan documents while liaising with clients, counsel, financial institutions, title insurance companies, and land registry offices. Manage priorities under pressure to meet deadlines for this expanding full-service law firm in Mississauga. On-going training and mentorship are provided.
Required Qualifications
- minimum 3 years' Real Estate experience
