Job Summary

Represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions by handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and lending matters. Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements while conducting due diligence and assisting clients through all stages of deals. Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups to deliver strategic legal solutions and build trusted client relationships. Stay current on real estate laws, market trends, and industry developments. This role requires an active bar license and experience with commercial transactions. The position offers a clear path to partnership with formal mentorship, a hybrid schedule with three days in the office, and competitive bonus opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Active bar license in the state of the office location
  • Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and commercial lending transactions
  • Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be licensed to practice law in the state of the office they will join (or eligible to obtain admission promptly after hire)
  • Must be available for three days per week in the office
  • Must be able to represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions
