Job Summary
Real Estate Associate Attorney needed to represent developers, owners, and investors in structuring, documenting, and closing complex real estate transactions; advise on commercial real estate financing, acquisition, disposition, and development; conduct due diligence; draft and negotiate contracts and other documents. Requires 7+ years of commercial real estate experience, strong knowledge of real estate law and regulations, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Location: Atlanta, GA with on-site work expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate law
- Significant experience on complex real estate transactions including financing, acquisition, disposition, and development
- Strong knowledge of real estate law and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
