Job Summary

Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of real estate law experience is sought to join our Real Estate Practice Group and work on commercial real estate and financing transactions across Dallas, Houston, Miami, Milwaukee, Orlando, or Tampa. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating documents related to real estate and financing transactions (purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development-related agreements, property management agreements), providing counsel on commercial real estate transactions, financing, and development, collaborating with partners and clients, conducting legal research, and maintaining a strong understanding of firm practice areas. Required qualifications include a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school, active Bar admission, 3-5 years of relevant experience, excellent writing and communication skills, and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities. Preferred qualifications include experience in real estate development and joint venture work.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of real estate law experience (commercial real estate and financing transactions)
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-approved law school
  • Active Bar membership in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice

  • 3-5 years of real estate law experience (commercial real estate and financing transactions)

  • Experience working with development and joint venture matters (preferred)
