Real Estate Asset Manager

Real Estate Asset Manager in the Netherlands focusing on asset management across offices, retail, light industrial and logistics properties. Responsibilities include identifying and implementing value and sustainability enhancement strategies, coordinating redevelopment and refurbishment work, managing letting activities and lease negotiations, developing sustainability measures for each asset to obtain Green Building Certification (e.g. BREEAM) and EPCs, engaging with tenants and suppliers, overseeing third parties (property managers, technical and sustainability advisors, project managers, architects, brokers, lawyers), drafting and updating business plans with cash flow and pro forma analyses, setting up and monitoring budgets for project works, reviewing service-charge reconciliations, collecting property-level ESG data, and preparing recommendations and asset reports for internal committees and boards. The role requires experience in acquisitions and dispositions support, underwritings, and a strong commercially minded, numerate, and collaborative mindset with multi-lingual communication in Dutch (preferred) and English/French; based in the Netherlands with Amsterdam reporting line to the Associate Director.
