Real Estate Application Support Specialist II (MRI or Yardi)

Monitor ServiceNow queue and respond to client requests for support via service requests, e-mail, phone, and electronic mediums. Prioritize and route client requests to internal and external resources while documenting resolutions and understanding client metric and status reports. Act as the initial point of escalation for other support agents, participate in client status calls, and develop training on applications and business processes. Track service request trends to mitigate recurring incidents and submit accurate time and expense reports. Requires a four-year degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Computer Science and 2-4 years of real estate industry experience with MRI or Yardi.
