Job Summary
Real Estate & Construction Coordinator role supports planning and coordination of real estate, construction, and renovation projects. Works with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery, maintains project documentation and development pipeline reporting, tracks capital expenditures, assists with scope development and site visits, coordinates with external consultants and internal teams, processes contractor payments and purchase orders in SAP, and supports lease obligations and safety/compliance documentation. Requires strong organizational, budgeting, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills; 5+ years’ experience in admin/coordination within real estate/construction/facilities; post-secondary education in related fields; SAP experience; ability to travel up to 10% and maintain driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field
- Additional certifications in project coordination or real estate administration are an asset
- Minimum 5 years of administrative or coordination experience in real estate/construction/facilities management
- Experience with SAP or similar systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; analytical and budgeting capabilities
- Knowledge of lease administration and property management systems (asset)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Understanding of real estate/construction terminology, processes, and compliance requirements
- Field-based role with travel up to 10% and valid driver's license
