Job Summary
Real Estate Analyst responsible for driving TJX Canada’s store network growth through in-depth market research, analytics, and forecasting to inform site selection. You will assess demographics, retail strength, and traffic patterns; forecast store performance across banners; collaborate with the Real Estate Market Manager on strategic priorities; and develop analytical tools and workflows to support decision-making and long-term growth. The role requires advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and strong cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders. This position contributes to quarterly REC meetings and annual strategy sessions, with opportunities for development and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in market analysis, retail analytics, or real estate‐related analysis preferred.
