Real Estate Analyst

Job Summary
Analyze and interpret property level financial information including historical operating statements, budgets, and balance sheets. Prepare broker opinions of value utilizing Argus and Excel to underwrite commercial and multifamily assets. Assemble and evaluate property documents including floor plans, leases, and environmental reports. Research ownership and mortgage information using online databases and local government sources. Gather research regarding leasing and sale fundamentals for office, industrial, retail, and multifamily assets across multiple submarkets. Learn and understand multiple commercial real estate software programs. Perform other related tasks as necessary. Prior real estate experience is preferred.
