Job Summary
Real Estate Advisor based in Tokyo supporting APAC real estate transactions and development activity. Responsible for transaction and project support from opportunity identification through execution and post-completion processes, tracking market intelligence, preparing investment papers, and providing analytical insights to guide transaction strategies. Develop financial reports, cash flows, and strategic rationale for proposed investments; prepare materials for internal investment committee and senior leadership reviews; collaborate across Corporate Development, Design, Construction, Utilities, Treasury, Legal, Finance, and other teams to ensure seamless end-to-end deal processes; produce high-quality presentation materials and business cases for development and expansion projects; maintain strong English communication for cross-regional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years’ professional experience, ideally within a national brokerage, investment bank, consulting firm, or investment organization
- Strong analytical capability with excellent accuracy, critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and compelling presentation materials
- Strong teamwork and ability to collaborate across multiple markets and functions
- English language proficiency for cross-regional collaboration and reporting
