Job Summary
Follow up on team-provided leads and convert them into clients while representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions. Conduct consultations to understand client needs, host open houses, and draft purchase and listing agreements. Manage transactions from first contact through closing and keep CRM systems updated with current client information. This role offers a 90-day guarantee of a first deal or $5,000, with 10–20+ live leads per month provided directly to agents. The Davis Team, one of the largest Zillow teams in Contra Costa County, supports self-motivated candidates with a proven system to remove the hardest part of real estate: finding clients.
Required Qualifications
- California real estate license — active or currently in progress (both welcome)
- Lives in or near Contra Costa County
- Strong communicator who builds trust naturally with clients
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and follow-through
- Coachable and ready to follow a proven system
Desired Qualifications
- Previous sales experience a plus but not required
