Job Summary
Real Estate Agent responsible for representing clients in buying, selling, and renting properties; manage client relationships; provide market guidance on prices and mortgages; educate clients about the transaction process; list properties on MLS and other platforms; develop and implement marketing strategies; coordinate and host property showings and open houses; prepare and present offers; negotiate terms; guide clients through closing; conduct market research and stay informed about zoning regulations and real estate laws; maintain CRM and administrative tasks; requires active real estate license; strong negotiation and communication skills; excellent time management and organizational abilities; knowledge of the local market; ability to work independently; education includes high school diploma or equivalent; preferred Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or related field; multilingual abilities preferred; apply by submitting resume and cover letter.
