Job Summary
Real Estate Agent role in Orlando, FL with a top-rated team, focused on handling 8–15 pre-qualified listing appointments per month from an inside sales team, with no prospecting, no desk fees, and commission-based earnings. Requires an active Florida real estate license (or ability to obtain within 30 days) and a track record in sales (minimum 2+ years, 8+ closings in 24 months). This is a full-time, high-volume production role with evening and weekend availability and travel within the Greater Orlando area. Responsibilities include showing up to pre-qualified appointments, closing transactions, providing client service, coordinating listings (prep, signage, photography), and leveraging coaching from leadership and tools like the AI-powered Closing Command Center. You will receive full transactional and administrative support from contract to close, and benefit from coaching, onboarding, and growth opportunities within a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active real estate license in Florida or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
- Full-time availability including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Orlando-area service territory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
- Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven
