Job Summary
Real Estate Agent role with 8–15 pre-qualified listing appointments per month from our inside sales team; commission-based with uncapped earnings and no desk, tech, training, or lead fees. Requires active Florida real estate license (or ability to obtain within 30 days) and 2+ years of sales experience or a proven closing record. Full-time availability including evenings and weekends; willing to travel within the Greater Jacksonville-area service territory. You’ll join a top-rated team delivering pre-qualified appointments, coaching, and support to close transactions, with commission-only earnings and increasing splits based on production. The role emphasizes closing, client service, negotiation, and leverage of AI-assisted pricing/market positioning tools, with onboarding and hands-on listing support to expedite the path to your first transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Active real estate license in Florida or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
- Full-time availability including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Jacksonville-area service territory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
- Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven — you thrive in a high-accountability environment
