Job Summary
Real Estate Agent role in Georgia (Marietta/Atlanta area) with full-time, commission-based earnings. You’ll work with a top-rated team, receiving 8–15 pre-qualified appointments per month from an inside sales team, no desk fees, and full back-end support from contract to close. Responsibilities include showing up to pre-qualified listings, closing transactions, and leveraging coaching and AI-driven tools for pricing and market positioning. Requires an active Georgia real estate license (or ability to obtain within 30 days) and 2+ years of sales experience (or a proven closings track record). Strong communication, negotiation, and client-service skills are essential, along with availability to work evenings and weekends and willingness to travel within the Greater Atlanta service territory.
Required Qualifications
- Active real estate license in Georgia or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
- Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - high-volume production role
- Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Atlanta-area service territory
