Job Summary
Real Estate Agent role in Georgia with 8–15 pre-qualified listing appointments per month, commission-based earnings and no desk fees. Requires an active Georgia real estate license (or ability to obtain within 30 days) and 2+ years of sales experience or a track record of closings. Full-time position including evenings and weekends, with travel within the Greater Atlanta-area service territory. You will show up to pre-qualified appointments provided by inside sales, focus on closing transactions, and benefit from coaching, support, and AI-assisted pricing/market positioning tools to maximize earnings.
Required Qualifications
- Active real estate license in Georgia or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
- Full-time availability including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Atlanta-area service territory
