Job Summary
Real Estate Agent role focused on delivering 8–15 pre-qualified listing appointments monthly and closing transactions through a fully supported team system. Responsibilities include leveraging pre-qualified appointments from inside sales, maintaining high-volume production, negotiating on behalf of clients, and providing exceptional client service from contract to close. The role emphasizes collaboration with coaching, AI-powered pricing/positioning tools, comprehensive onboarding, listing coordination, and travel within the Greater Charlotte area. The ideal candidate has an active NC real estate license (or ability to obtain within 30 days), a proven sales track record (8+ closings in 24 months or equivalent), strong communication and negotiation skills, and a demonstrated ability to work full-time including evenings and weekends in a high-output environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active real estate license in North Carolina or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
- Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role — not a side hustle.
- Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Charlotte-area service territory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
