Job Summary
Real Estate Agent needed to handle 8–15 pre-qualified listing appointments monthly from inside sales, with commission-based earnings, high-volume production, and full support from contract to close. Role requires an active Georgia real estate license (or ability to obtain within 30 days), 2+ years of sales experience or a proven closing track record, and full-time availability including evenings/weekends. You will travel within the Greater Atlanta-area service territory, work with motivated homeowners, and close listings using a proven system. Compensation is commission-based with uncapped earnings and increasing splits based on production; expectation is to close 40+ homes per year. The company provides onboarding, coaching, listing support, AI-based pricing tools, and back-office support.
Required Qualifications
- Active real estate license in Georgia or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
- Full-time availability including evenings and weekends
