Real Estate Agent role in Nashville, TN, full-time, commission-based; responsible for handling 8–15 pre-qualified appointments per month and closing transactions. The position requires an active real estate license (or ability to obtain within 30 days) and 2+ years of sales experience or a proven closings record. No desk fees; commission-based with uncapped earnings and tiered splits. You will join a top-rated US real estate team, receive 1:1 coaching, AI-powered pricing support, comprehensive transaction and listing support, and work with motivated homeowners to close homes rather than prospect. Availability includes evenings and weekends; travel within the Greater Nashville-area service territory is expected. Ideal candidate possesses strong communication, negotiation, and client-service skills, is coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven. Previous experience with listing appointments, pricing strategy, and working with a high-volume client flow is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active real estate license in Tennessee or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
