Job Summary
Real Estate Agent position in Georgia offering 8–15 pre-qualified listing appointments per month from inside sales, commission-based earnings with uncapped potential, and full support from contract to close. Requires active GA license (or ability to obtain within 30 days) and 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of closed transactions. Full-time role with availability evenings/weekends, travel within the Greater Atlanta area, and coaching/technology tools to aid pricing, pricing-positioning, and client service.
Required Qualifications
- Active real estate license in Georgia or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
- Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role — not a side hustle.
- Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Atlanta-area service territory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
- Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven — you thrive in a high-accountability environment
