Real Estate Agent - Leads, Coaching and the #1 Century 21 Brand

Generate business and work team-based leads through internet channels, warm inbound development, and sphere strategies. Convert inquiries by prospecting, following up, and taking ownership of the sales process. Manage pipeline stages, tasks, and conversion activity using MoxiWorks CRM while utilizing Everest marketing resources to support client acquisition. Represent buyers and sellers through consultation, negotiation, contract management, and closing. Participate in live training, coaching, roleplay, and business planning to develop appointment setting and objection handling skills. This role is for a licensed Utah agent within a team-based model where lead opportunities vary and are not guaranteed.
