Job Summary
Licensed real estate agent with 1099 contractor arrangement responsible for guiding homeowners through buying/selling processes in the assigned Mooresville, NC market. Conduct open houses and showings, oversee virtual and in-person walk-throughs, manage the transaction through to closing, and lead world-class in-home listing appointments. Build and maintain strong multi-channel client relationships, manage a pipeline of buyers and sellers, coordinate with vendors for marketing services (signage, photography, staging), and serve as the subject matter expert for Offerpad’s portfolio of services and programs including Cash Offers, Renovations, Services, and Home Listings while maintaining licensure and compliance with the local realtor board and Offerpad Brokerage Manual.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed, active real estate agent in the local market
- Maintain licensure and be in good standing with the local realtor board
- Able to meet established sales goals
- Proven real estate acumen in property assessment, valuation, contracts, and closing
- Be the subject matter expert for Offerpad services and programs including Cash Offers, Renovations, Services, and Home Listings
- Comply with guidelines in the Offerpad Brokerage Manual
