Job Summary
Licensed real estate agent in Tempe, AZ to guide homeowners through the home buying and selling process. Conduct open houses and showings, schedule appointments, oversee virtual and in-person walk-throughs, and manage the transaction process through to final closing. Serve as the subject-matter expert for Offerpad’s portfolio of services and programs including Cash Offers, Renovations, Services, and Home Listings. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across multiple channels; manage a pipeline of buyers and sellers; coordinate with vendors for marketing services; and meet established sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed, active real estate agent in the local market with the ability to maintain licensure and be in good standing with the local realtor board.
