Job Summary
Real Estate Agent (1099 contractor) licensed in the local market. Guide homeowners through the home buying and selling process, conduct open houses and showings, oversee virtual and in-person walk-throughs, and guide customers through the transaction to final closing. Conduct world-class in-home listing appointments and maintain strong relationships via multiple channels. Manage a pipeline of buyers and sellers, coordinate with vendors for marketing services, stay compliant with the Brokerage Manual, possess real estate acumen for property assessment and valuation, contracts, and closing, and meet sales goals while serving as the subject matter expert on Offerpad’s services and programs including Cash Offers, Renovations, Services, and Home Listings.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed, active real estate agent in the local market
- ability to maintain licensure and be in good standing with the local realtor board
- must be compliant with Offerpad Brokerage Manual
- must be able to meet established sales goals
- experience with managing a pipeline of homeowners/buyers/sellers
- ability to coordinate with vendors for marketing services
