Job Summary
Real Estate Agent responsible for using local market knowledge to guide homeowners through buying and selling, conducting open houses and showings, coordinating with vendors for marketing services, managing a realtor-pipeline, and achieving sales goals. Act as SME for Offerpad’s services and programs (Cash Offers, Renovations, Services, Home Listings), maintain licensure, and ensure compliance with the Brokerage Manual. Includes multi-channel communication with clients (in-person, phone, email, video, text) and overseeing every step through final closing.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed, active real estate agent in local market
- Ability to maintain licensure and good standing with local realtor board
- Must be compliant with Offerpad Brokerage Manual
- Must be able to meet established sales goals
- Extensive real estate acumen tied to property assessment, contracts and closing
