Job Summary
Conduct confidential strategy sessions with experienced agents to evaluate their readiness for state leadership and scaling. Build and lead a network of high-performing advisors by leveraging the Blue Ocean Strategy and AI-powered tools to eliminate traditional industry competition. Manage territory expansion by implementing proprietary systems that provide broker-provided lead generation, transaction support, and unlimited operational assistance. Earn revenue through personal sales performance, mentoring, and territory growth under a commission-based 1099 agreement.
