Job Summary

Manage transactions with support from transaction coordinators, free leads, and AI-driven tools like Chime CRM. Leverage free marketing resources including listing photos, yard signs, and social media ads to expand business across state and international borders. Maintain current real estate licensing in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington. Work independently while collaborating within a team environment, utilizing free coaching, mentorship, and CE courses for continuous self-improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
