Job Summary
Lead state expansion and build a network of high-performing advisors by leveraging the Epique platform to create new market opportunities and eliminate traditional industry competition. Implement the "Agent Without Borders" approach to transcend geographic limitations while harnessing AI technology for unprecedented efficiency and results. Manage proprietary systems that provide free lead generation, transaction support, and marketing automation to drive scalable income streams. Earn revenue from personal sales performance alongside building and mentoring other agents in your territory. This role requires a strategic mindset to revolutionize real estate in your state, offering an 80/20 split with a $10K cap, free healthcare, and mentorship from elite agents.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Real Estate Agent
- Ability to lead and scale a network of agents
- Willingness to stop playing small and start scaling up

- Willingness to accept state expansion leader support including local hands-on help
- Ability to utilize assistant team access including document/transaction and graphics assistants
- Willingness to utilize partnership network support for lenders, title, and insurance
- Ability to leverage Epique's groundbreaking platform
- Willingness to accept a reduced monthly rate of $99/mo
- Ability to participate in the Power Award program to earn up to $10K back in Company Stock
- Willingness to accept a low 0.1% transaction fee with a $500 max
- Ability to accept no franchise fees, annual fees, desk fees, or hidden fees
- Willingness to accept free leads with no cost or split at closing
