Job Summary
Conduct real estate sales and listings while leveraging free leads, transaction coordinators, and AI-driven marketing tools provided by the brokerage. Manage client relationships and negotiations using professional photography, digital billboards, and social media management resources. Work independently or within a team under mentorship from Steven Koleno through the "Agent Without Borders" initiative to expand business across state and international borders. Requires current real estate license in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Professionalism, integrity, a positive mindset, and an attitude of continuous self-improvement
- Current real estate licensed in Alabama
