Drive growth by eliminating traditional competition through a Blue Ocean Strategy that provides broker-provided leads, free transaction support, and AI-powered efficiency tools. Manage operational execution by coordinating with assistant teams for document handling, graphics, and database management while securing partnerships with lenders and title companies. Operate as a 1099 independent contractor under a commission-based model with an 80/20 split and a $10K annual cap, supported by free healthcare, elite mentorship from Steve Koleno, and unlimited operational assistance.
