Job Summary
Conduct real estate sales activities as an independent contractor while leveraging free leads, transaction coordinators, and AI-driven tools provided by the brokerage. Execute listings with access to free marketing resources including professional photography, yard signs, billboards, and social media management. Participate in ongoing mentorship from Steven Koleno and receive unlimited coaching, CE courses, and AI certification support. Maintain current real estate licensure in one of the supported states and demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills. Join a collaborative mastermind group designed to help agents expand across state and international borders.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Professionalism, integrity, a positive mindset, and an attitude of continuous self-improvement
