Job Summary
Call and follow up with homeowner leads who have expressed interest in selling, controlling conversations to uncover motivation, timeline, condition, and decision-makers. Present offers confidently and work toward clear commitments while managing and advancing a personal pipeline of live opportunities. Log detailed notes and track activity accurately in our CRM, working closely with the acquisitions and leadership team to close deals. Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and performance reviews. This performance-based role offers $85,000–$130,000+ annually (Base + Commission) and requires no real estate license. CR of Maryland is a leading real estate brokerage serving the Baltimore metro area.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Comfortable handling objections and having direct, professional conversations
- Highly organized and consistent with follow-up and task execution
- Coachable, competitive, and motivated by results
- Must be able to work full-time and manage a high-activity workload
