Job Summary
Conduct outbound lead generation and prospecting to identify off-market investment properties and build rapport with property owners. Execute follow-up sequences, set listing appointments, and manage buyer and seller sales to move opportunities through to signed agreements. Develop a network of builders, developers, and contractors while evaluating property situations against investment criteria. Requires a real estate license, sales experience, and a coachable mindset to learn the acquisition process alongside active investors.
