Job Summary
Identify, evaluate, and secure residential, commercial, or development real estate opportunities. Lead end-to-end acquisitions from sourcing through closing, including financial modeling, underwriting, and feasibility analyses. Conduct negotiations with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders; manage due diligence, contracts, and closing. Demonstrate strong analytical and financial skills, strategic market insight, and the ability to juggle multiple deals with high organization.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate acquisitions (developer, investment firm, or brokerage)
- Strong understanding of real estate finance, valuation, and deal structuring
- Experience working with brokers, legal teams, and financial partners
- Ability to take ownership of deals and operate independently
