Job Summary
Real Estate Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end site sourcing, evaluation, and acquisition for Mister Car Wash's expansion. Responsibilities include negotiating LOIs and purchase/lease contracts, overseeing land acquisitions and zoning considerations, conducting market/demographic/financial analysis, preparing proforma models, managing deal lifecycle with internal/external partners, maintaining market plans, and representing the brand at industry events. Requires 5+ years in retail real estate or development, proficiency with GIS/CoStar/Smartsheet, strong negotiation and written/verbal communication, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Education includes an Associate's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's is preferred. CCIM/ARGUS credentials are a plus. Travel up to 50% and a focus on sourcing retail sites, ground leases, and complex real estate transactions are core elements.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience (2+ years)
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in retail estate acquisition, site selection, or commercial development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate tools such as GIS platforms, Smartsheet, and CoStar; Advanced Excel skills a plus
- Licenses/Certifications: CCIM, ARGUS certification, or similar credentials are a plus
- Ability to Travel: Up to 50%
