Job Summary
Remote Real Estate Acquisition Consultant responsible for following up on leads, valuing properties, analyzing comps and acquiring new homes; negotiate acquisitions and dispositions, perform extensive due diligence, prepare contracts, estimate repairs and determine ARV, meet homeowners to present offers, and coordinate with realtors, lenders, and title during closing; requires 4+ years of sales experience, top 10% performer, strong communication and MS Office skills, Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
- Proven track record in achieving/exceeding quotas
- Strong communication and computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience in real estate acquisitions or related field preferred
- Top 10% in previous sales roles
