Job Summary
Prepare and review financial statements, generate monthly accruals, and perform account reconciliations for assigned real estate properties. Conduct analytical reviews of the General Ledger, track capital projects, and prepare annual budgets and tax filings. Support financial audits, research open accounting issues, and adhere to Client Accounting Policies to minimize risks. This role requires 4 days in the office with 1 day remote work and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. Proficiency with Yardi, MRI, or JDE E1 software is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or business related field of study
- 3+ years of experience in professional-level accounting
- Experience in financial statement preparation and general ledger account reconciliation
- This position requires 4 days per week in the office, with 1 day of remote work each week
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient experience with Yardi, MRI, and/or JDE E1 software
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
