Job Summary
Senior Real Estate Accountant with 3-5 years of experience responsible for all accounting functions including GAAP financial statements, IFRS consolidation, quarterly reporting to lenders/investors/REITs, intercompany reconciliations, budget and bi-annual forecast reviews, variance and flux analysis, MTM income statement analysis, and OPEX recovery calculations. Proficiency with MRI and SAP required; CPA (or CPA track) preferred.
