Job Summary
Make outbound calls to identify client's needs and respond with superior service and resolution. Own the full sales cycle from client vetting to confirm a deal, using phone, email, and SMS to communicate. Track goals and metrics, and leverage our in-house CRM to manage the pipeline of inbound clients. Be able to explain products, negotiate to maximize profitability, and contribute to a high-integrity team in a dynamic real estate tech environment. Hybrid in Scottsdale, AZ with in-office collaboration three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a phone-based customer service role or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand client objectives and challenges and align services to accomplish goals via phone, email, and SMS
- Own the full sales cycle from client vetting to confirm a deal
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
- Scheduling flexibility with holidays, evenings, or weekends as required
- Interest in real estate industry and ability to explain products and negotiate effectively
