Job Summary
Drive recurring reagent revenue and consumables growth by combining deep reagent expertise with customer insight and workflow optimization. Demonstrate scientific leadership to educate customers on best practices, identify workflow gaps, and expand product adoption across the installed base. Partner with Account Managers and Instrument Specialists to influence customer behavior, improve utilization of Waters reagents, and deliver sustained revenue growth. This field-based role requires regular in-person customer engagement across the Mid-Atlantic territory (PA, NY, NJ) with residency within the assigned area to effectively support territory goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related scientific field
- Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills
- Experience in scientific, technical sales, applications, or laboratory roles
- Ability to translate technical knowledge into practical customer value
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
